11. How to set healthy boundaries as an introvert
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Just as it is said that good fences make good neighbours, so too healthy boundaries are necessary for us to flourish.
When our boundaries are weak or absent, we expose oursellves to the possibility of overuse, misuse and abuse.with dire consequences for our physical, mental, financial and emotional wellbeing.
