Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
One of the common challenges introverts tell me they face is in communication.
We want to be better at communicating with others, including making conversation, whether it's at a social gathering, networking event, or at work.

Note: In this episode, you will hear me use a Chinese phrase: "调整你的状态" (tiao zheng ni de zhuang tai) which translated means "adjust or regulate your state".
